What payments do you accept?

• We accept major credit cards via Paypal.

Do you collect sales tax?

• SonjaArt is based in Virginia, and we collect Virginia Sales tax on residents.

May I reproduce my art purchase from SonjaArt?

• No. Reproductions without the artist’s consent violate U.S. copyright laws.

How do I hire Sonja to create an artwork for me?

• Complete this form with your inquiry and Sonja will be in touch with you. If you like Sonja’s style, such as one piece for example, then please reference which style, or which piece, drew your attention. If you want a similar look, feel, etc. Any information you communicate to Sonja will be kept confidential.

What is the cost to hire Sonja for a commissioned artwork?

• Sonja believes that art collectors come in all varieties, and is mindful of pricing. After talking about the artwork to be commissioned, Sonja will provide you with a price proposal upfront before beginning any artwork.

Where do I see Sonja’s artwork in person?

• We understand that trying to view these artworks online may not always be ideal. Sonja shows her artwork regularly in exhibits and retail stores (currently in Virginia). If you would like to see a piece in person, please send us a request for current information on where you can view a particular item.

Where are your Terms and Conditions?

What is your shipping policy?

• Ship to all contiguous U.S. addresses via UPS. We ship outside of the U.S. by UPS Worldwide. Please allow 1 to 3 days to process your order, plus delivery time by UPS.

How do I make a return?

• If you are not pleased with your new artwork, we invite you to return it for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Please notify SonjaArt of your intent to return the product and use the included shipping information (that came with your delivery). Please remember that at all times the artwork is copyrighted by SonjaArt, and any copies or reproductions of said artwork while in your possession violates that copyright. You are not permitted to keep any copies of the image.

Will you sell my contact information?

• No. Any information we get from you, such as your name or email, will only be used by SonjaArt to conduct business directly with you. We will NOT SHARE your information with any outside group.
